The sonorous voice of a child breaks the quietude as Prometheus turns to leave, echoing from above the boat-trailer, speaking Shakespeare.

"O Romeo, Romeo! wherefore art thou Romeo?
Deny thy father and refuse thy name;
Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love,
And I'll no longer be a Capulet."

Prometheus calls out in response.

"In times long gone I betrayed the name of Uranus my father
I gave my love to all humanity, turning on the Olympians
If you love me ask not binding vows but forsake the Capulets
And join me as an agent free to walk and wander wherever the wind dose blow."

The raven-haired child grins, standing in a grandiose pose upon the roof.

"Stolen the spark, O one irreverent
And gifted it to the world?
Did you not also teach the penitent
To trick the gods of old?"

"Aye, I take it you know my name."

Approaching the trailer and extending a hand, flames rising from the palm, to the child.

"Shall I call you Juliet?"

A hand before the mouth, a gasp! A joyful laugh.

"Far be it from I to eclipse
upon the scene.
Merely the narrator
of life's waking dream."

The kid grins, lying down and stretching out a hand towards the fair lad.

"Besides, Juliet is a girl's name. I'm Quoth!"

The fairest leaps upon the handy pig statue, left foot upon the pedestal, right upon Porky's outstretched hand*. He strechs out with all his length, right hand seeking in vain for Quoth, for the distance is still a foot to great.

"Ah your lot must be to lean
to float above the waking dream,
like breath upon forbidden flush,
ever to looker but never to touch."

((* I love the internet. Yes, there really is a convenient pig statue right there.))

The child reclines in pose, back of the hand to the top of the head with a look of long-suffering affixed to their face.

" 'Tis better than the Tyger burning bright despite the hour,
Temper sour as the flower simply whirls and wheels away.
Catching scent upon the wind, tracking raucous, dismal din,
Here to win boon from Eupheme but finding just the dawn of day.
Pride and caring from your mother or forgiveness from your lover,
Tell me, brother, what's your druther? If you have the heart to say...
Joy for one brings other sorrow yet with lies both can you borrow
Till the morrow proves it barrow, marking end to nighttime play."
