A long day (Open)

Altho St. Elmo's Bar doesn't look like much from the outside it's quite the lively drinking establishment.

A well dressed man walks into the Bar after the work hour, around five o'clock. He goes to the bar and quietly requests for a German beer.

An out of place looking youth sits at a table near a window, reading what seems to be a video game magazine. His drink is, as strange as the rest of him, not of the alcoholic type.

((Waiting for more people to gather, maybe?))

A fine gentleman enters the bar causing the atmosphere to lighten and faces to smile; he greets the patrons by name and asks about their conditions as he makes his way to the bar where he and the bartender enjoy some banter as he receives his drink. Drink in hand and smile on face he scans the room for faces.

Out on the street two figures are slowly walking by, arguing about something....
"I realize it used to cost a lot less to get it handmade, but there just isn't enough demand for custom versions anymore since corporations and homogenization gained steam."
"And I understand that. But surely it isn't hard to produce it now that the appropriate tools are available to the common layman. Homogenization or no, why would they turn down the chance to gain a bit more income?"

Eventually the two go inside the bar, still talking about the difference in economy between "then" and now. After ordering an ale and some kind of fruit smoothie, they take a seat in the back and start to switch topics to something about clothing styles.

(Translation; *poke* Is it dead?)
